To finalize a reservation we ask a deposit of 50% of the total amount by European bank transfer to Crelan Bank Belgium or ABN-AMRO The Netherlands. The remainder can be paid on the spot in cash (Thai bath or Euros), home banking. Outside Europe i sent a PayPal link for deposit. Money can also be exchanged. You can cancel until 14 days before arrival with returning of deposit.

Dear guests, past and future,
We have truly enjoyed the time spent with various families, some with rooms too small, families with little ones traveling the world, vibrant families facing all challenges, and those who shared their daily adventures at our dinner table.
In short, we’ve had so much fun with all of you. However, we feel a desire to change our direction and focus on adults only. Our rooms will be designed for guests traveling in pairs, threes, or more, emphasizing accessibility for solo travelers as well, including single rooms.
Starting from January 8th, our concept will shift to “Liam’s Guesthouse Goes Adult Only,” meaning we will no longer accommodate families with young children, and baby cribs or family rooms will no longer be available. Families are still welcome with their children aged 16 and above.
We thank everyone who has visited our guesthouse, imparting an unparalleled sense of joy and satisfaction.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Liam’s Guesthouse.

Welcome to our guesthouse Liam’s Suan Dok Mai, or Liam’s flower garden.
Liam’s guesthouse has existed since 2008. Since July 22, 2019 we have become the lucky owners of this beautiful domain.
Liam’s is a small-scale guesthouse all rooms, all with terrace or balcony, private bathroom with all amenities you can think of on 28-35 m². We have a Twin room with 2 separate beds, Double rooms with a Kingsize bed and Single rooms.

Our restaurant is next door, not only suitable for a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner, or a tasty dish from our menu, but also for a cooling drink or reading a good book. A library has been set up where you can take several books to read or plan a route with all the information for your next trip or book your next excursion!
A delicious breakfast will be ready for all guests, how about a fried egg with or without bacon, or an omelet, or rather a French toast? Everything is prepared in a minute. Coffee and tea with toast and jam, yogurt with fresh fruit.
The guesthouse is located 5 kilometers from the center and can easily be reached with a “red taxi” tuk-tuk or with the GRAB Taxi app the Thai version of Uber. We also arrange all your excursions, car hire etc.
We also offer airport / train station transportation.
Bicycles are available for you at attractive prices.
