HOUSE RULES LIAM’S SUAN DOCK MAI GUESTHOUSE

We ask our guests to respect the check-out time, 11:00 am on the day of departure. When late check-out is possible at 3 p.m.
You can leave your luggage in our depot. We are not responsible for your luggage.
Always wear slippers. The rooms, balcony, bathroom, stairs, garden, restaurant and floors can be very slippery.
Towels for the swimming pool are available. Keep them with you during your entire stay. We will change them if they are dirty.
The pool is open 24 hours, do not disturb the other guests when you go swimming at night.
Additional guest (s), not registered at the time of check-in, are subject to identification / registration and an amount of 700 THB per person.
For shortening stays / early checkout, we calculate the full amount of the total accommodation costs.
Keep valuables in the safe or take them with you when you go out. Keep your room key with you during your stay.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
We offer a cell phone. The telephone is programmed with numbers of tuk tuk drivers, taxis, the guesthouse, the tourist police and the owners of the guesthouse. In case of an emergency you can call us. In case of loss or damage to the mobile phone that we have given with the room key, we will charge 1000 THB.
The guesthouse cannot be held liable for injuries and accidents.
Travel and tours booked through our employees are your responsibility.
Renting, motorcycles, cars or bicycles (from a 3rd party or from the guesthouse) are at your own risk and responsibility.
We strongly recommend that you check your insurance policy for your activity.
The guesthouse cannot be held responsible for cancellation or refund of activities.
Massages must be paid directly to the masseuse.
